Floyd - 1970

Floyd began his racing career in the 1970’s as a car owner/driver. Floyd’s first race car was a 1956 Ford #7 in the Hobby Stock class at Baer Field Raceway in Fort Wayne, IN. He continued to drive for himself for the next 5 years.

Floyd - 1971

Floyd continued his career as a racecar owner. Through the years, some of the drivers included; Warren Howard, Joe Wallace, Cecil Gordon, Royce Mason, Jimmy Spillers, Steve Christman, Ron Dantzer, Terry Fisher, Tommy Cook, Bud Adams, and Kenny Tweedy.
